  9 times out of 10 when things get routed to this hub I have an issue with my order going to the wrong place, being late or simply don't know where they have it at the moment. Extremely unprofessional staff that have no interest in doing their jobs.

  The postal service is full of rude people who don't do their jobs properly and then blame you for them not doing their jobs properly.

  Judann was quite rude, unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational while addressing an issue with a package I wanted to send out. I had hoped this would've been a rarity, but judging by the other reviews for this location it seems I'm just one in a long line of customers turned off from USPS due to their jaded employees and awful service.

  I visited the Post office yesterday and I was definitely disappointed in the service being offered. One they ran out of post money orders and one service counter person didn't mentioned to the people coming in after the 4th person in front of me had asked for me. By the time, I reached the front counter 15 mins later and finished my transaction. The service counter person still hadn't mentioned to the other people who enter that they didn't have money orders. Two service counter person could not process any pass port request because he was alone at the counter. The most trouble part was service counter person went in the back to ask for help at the counter and no would come up front to help.
