    I am sitting here on hold waiting to straighten out why my perfectly good card with the more than enough money to cover the transactions. This is the latest trial. My card was sent to a wrong address so sent another. I have yet to get my pin # so had to go to branch and get it. I still do not have my checks and I opened this account about 3 weeks ago. My advice to any one opening a new account please do it from a branch that was not a Sterling branch I don't think they are meshing well.
