- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would've gave no stars but that's not an option .. been with Tony Brooks Agency since 2009 and not one accident until this Saturday someone TBoned me so I called insurance gave them the police claim number come to find out I'm paying full coverage and in that price it does not include a rental car while my car is being repaired .. I'm pissed because I need to get to work .. so I've been with them since 2009 and they couldn't do anything for me even due to the fact that I was not aware that you have to choose the option to have the car rental coverage .. well damn I wish someone told me that back in 2009 when I first got the plan cause I'm pretty sure I would've added it on .. I'm so mad right now .. I'm looking into switching insurance companies .. to be with an insurance company for so long and no accidents until now and they absolutely cannot do anything for me except wait 3-5 business days until my claim gets processed ..
