- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went in to make a payment for wecu which didn't work for some reason. The teller Jeremy was extremely rude an d unprofessional!!!! Didn't try to help at all. I asked for a managers help, she didn't even come up to the teller area to help. They were yelling out my information to each other!!!!! That's is absolutely unacceptable!!!! I asked for help what I need to do and his response was waiving his hand saying well we are not the wecu soooo..... there is a phone over there go try???!!!!! Are you freaking kidding me ???!!! I will make sure not to come back and share this experience with as many ppl as I can!!!! Because the manager shouldn't have stood there letting this disrespectful kid talk to anyone like that!!!!By olga Dolg, February 20, 2017
