- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could go negative I would. We have two separate accounts. One with sound, one with another bank. I added a join on my account on 4/17/17. Amy forgot to order his debit card, so it wasn't ordered until the 28th.... We went on vacation, came back on May 18th and still no card! Called and talked to Christine on 5/22/17 and they have no clue where the card is and now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days again to receive a different one. I asked if it could be sooner, and they said they could... for a fee. None of this was my fault. We went in with plenty of time to have this card before we went on vacation and we didn't receive it because of negligence on their part. VERY disappointing.
